We are letter writing in class

I am writing to Dan Carter,

we are learning to...

write letters to people, using open questions with words like how, when, where

Mr Betts said that if I write a good letter he will try and give it to one of the Crusaders or Richie Macaw to pass on to Dan who we think is in France at the moment. Mr Betts lives in the neighborhood where they all train and he sees them about quite often.

My name is Xavier. I am 9 years old. I am a student at Linwood North School. We are learning to write letters with open and closed questions. Can I please ask you some questions about yourself?

When did you first start playing rugby?

What sort of training did you do?

Who was your best friend at school and what did you do with them?

What do you do in your spare time?

What is it like to be a dad?
